The Open Radiation Physics Suite (OpenRPS) is a collection of projects that are focused on, at the moment, MeV X-ray and electron radiation transport, to study problems ranging from radiation therapy to astronomy. It currently consists of three major projects:

_images/Lionbolt.png

A program/library which can perform deterministic solves of the Boltzmann transport equation on a discontinuous finite element mesh. Primarily written in Fortran.

_images/NittanyPhysics.png

A program/library which discretizes the cross sections of photons and electrons, at the moment exclusively under the multigroup approximation. Written in Fortran.

A python package which provides tools to extract and post-process Lionbolt and NittanyPhysics data.
